What we keep.

Snackable Files is a shop for a one-time digital file. There is no account. This page says what we store, why, and who else touches it. Write to hello@snackablefiles.com if you want a copy, a correction, or a deletion.

What you give us

When you buy, we store the email you enter, the file you bought, the price, the currency, whether the payment succeeded or was refunded, a private access key for your download page, how many times that link has been used, and the time of the purchase.

When you write from the contact page, we store your name, email, topic, and message so we can reply.

We do not ask for your card number. Checkout runs on Dodo Payments, and the card stays with them.

Why we keep it

We keep the purchase record so we can deliver the file, send the download link, let you find it again from Your files, count the eight downloads, and handle a refund. We keep a contact message so we can answer it.

We do not sell your email. We do not use it for a newsletter. We do not build an advertising profile.

Who else receives it

Dodo Payments receives the email and the charge so they can take the payment. Their checkout is their page, and their privacy terms cover what they do with the card.

The purchase record and the file itself sit in a Supabase database and in private Supabase storage. The paid file is not on the product page. A sample, when one is offered, is a separate file that anyone can open.

Resend sends the download email and delivers a contact note to hello@snackablefiles.com. The message contains the address you typed and, for a purchase, the private link.

We do not give the record to anyone else unless the law requires it, or we must do so to stop abuse of a download link.

Cookies

The shop does not use advertising cookies or an analytics tracker. We do not set a cookie to follow you across other sites. Dodo Payments may set cookies on their own checkout page. The admin area of this site, which buyers do not use, uses a sign-in cookie.

How long

We keep a purchase record for as long as we need it to deliver the file, handle a refund, and keep ordinary business records. We keep a contact message until we have dealt with it, and we delete it if you ask and we no longer need it for that purpose.

Your requests

Write to hello@snackablefiles.com from the email you used at checkout, or from the email on the message. You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete a contact message. A purchase record can be harder to delete while the download is still yours or while a refund or a bookkeeping duty is still open. We will tell you if we cannot delete something, and why.

If you live where the law gives you a right to complain to a data authority, you may do that. Please write to us first so we can fix it.

Children

The shop is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from a child. If you believe we have, write to hello@snackablefiles.com and we will delete it.

Security

The paid file stays in private storage. The download link is unguessable and stops after eight downloads. No method of storage or email is perfect. Write to us if you think a link was exposed.
