What a purchase includes.

These terms cover a purchase from Snackable Files. By paying, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not buy. Questions go to hello@snackablefiles.com.

The shop

Snackable Files sells digital files: a PDF, a spreadsheet, a template, a zip, or another file described on its product page. There is no account and no subscription. Each purchase is one charge.

What you are buying

The product page is the contract for that file. It states the format, the contents, the price, and who the file is for. You buy the file described there, delivered as a download. You do not buy a printed copy, a course, coaching, or a result in your business.

A sample, when one is offered, is a separate shorter file you may open before you pay. It is not the paid file.

Price and tax

The price on the product page is the price of the file before any tax. Tax, if it applies, is added at checkout by Dodo Payments. The amount you confirm on the checkout page is the amount you pay.

Payment

Checkout is handled by Dodo Payments. Card details stay with them. We do not see or store your card number. The email you enter is how we find the purchase and send the download link.

The file stays locked until Dodo Payments confirms the charge. If the charge fails or is reversed before it is confirmed, you do not receive the paid file.

Delivery

After the charge is confirmed, you get a private page for that purchase and an email with the same link, when email is able to send. You can also open Your files and enter the email from checkout.

The link allows eight downloads. Keep the link. If it is shared, those downloads count against your eight. When the eight are used, the link stops serving the file. Write to hello@snackablefiles.com from the checkout email if the file will not open and you still have downloads left, or if the link was used by someone else.

License

The license is personal and non-exclusive. You may keep the file and use it for your own work, including work you do for a client when the file itself stays with you. You may keep a backup.

You may not resell the file, rent it, give it away, upload it to a public page, or share the file itself. You may share something you made with it, such as a plan you filled in or a sheet you used for your own accounts. That permission does not include the blank file.

You do not receive ownership of the writing, the layout, or the name Snackable Files. The license ends if you break these terms or if the purchase is refunded.

Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 14 days if you have not downloaded the paid file. Write to hello@snackablefiles.com from the email you used at checkout.

You can also ask within those 14 days if you did download it and the file is plainly not what the product page described: the wrong format or the wrong contents. A claim that the file was broken, or that it would not open, is not a refund.

After a successful download of the file the page described, the sale is final. A refund turns the download link off. You must stop using the file and delete your copies. The full refund rule, including a change of mind before download, is on the Refunds page. If the two pages disagree, the Refunds page is the refund rule.

Your responsibilities

You must be old enough to make a purchase where you live. You must enter an email you can open. You are responsible for checking the format and the description before you pay. You must not use the file to break the law, and you must not try to reach a paid file without paying.

The limits of the file

The file is a practical document, not professional advice. A budget, a plan, an invoice layout, or a checklist does not replace an accountant, a lawyer, or your own judgment. We do not promise a particular outcome from using it.

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for a purchase is limited to the price you paid for that file. This does not limit any right the law of your country does not allow us to limit.

The site

We may change a product page, these terms, or the shop. A change does not alter a purchase you have already paid for. The terms in force at the time of that payment apply to that file. The site may be unavailable for a short time for maintenance.

Disputes

Write to hello@snackablefiles.com first and give us a chance to fix the problem. These terms follow the law of the place where Snackable Files is established. If a court must decide a dispute, it is a court in that place, unless a law where you live gives you a right that must be heard at home.
