Inside the file

  1. 01The three lists: stays, slips, and the one finish
  2. 02A weekday grid with one block a day
  3. 03A Friday close that moves unfinished work on purpose
  4. 04A worked example of a crowded week

Most weekly plans fail because they are a second job. This file is the opposite. It takes a sitting, it fits on four pages, and it ends with a week you can actually close.

You write three lists: the work that still matters this week, the work that can slip without a crisis, and the single finish you will be able to show. Then you give each weekday one block, not a fantasy of eight.

The last page is a Friday close. You mark what finished, what moves, and what you will not pretend to do next week. That is the whole method.

Good for

People who already have too much on the list and want one week they can finish, not a new productivity system.
